The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is India’s central Agency authorized to regulate and control the examination like Civil Service Examination, Engineering Service Examination , Combined Defence Service Examination etc. UPSC got its charter by the Constitution of India. As per the article 315 to 323 of part XIV of the constitution, it gave the implementation of Union Public Service Commission in India.

UPSC was the first public service commission to be set up in India. It was established on 01.10.1926 under the Chairmanship of Ross Barker. it was formerly known as Federal Public Service Commission of India which was on 26th January 1950 it was provided the Constitutional Status and name was changed to Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

UPSC Online Exam :

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts various examination for which online registrations and online applications process is uploaded on the official website of UPSC Online at www.upsconline.nic.in . UPSC Online Application Form :

The Second part of the UPSC Online portal is its “Online Application Form” step. It comprise of the online application form to be filled by the applicants for applying to a particular post in UPSC or its administrative department. when you click on the link , it will show you the process to check out the notice and can filled the application form. It provides description about the post wise vacancies and also gives separate application form to be filled online for the particular post.

There is another block which is called Candidate’s Login Block if you are already logged in with the UPSC login block then you don’t have to login again to access the UPSC. If you are new  to the access login then you have to login in the block and after that you can access the UPSC online portal easily. One can check Official Advertisement , Apply Online Link, Instructions for the applicants etc. on the application form link.

UPSC Online e-Admit Card :

This is the third most important link to download the admit card for various post. it will describe the admit card for the post to be filled under UPSC department. Candidates can check out the details related to the Admit Card by clicking on the link. Candidates can generate their Call Letter / Hall Ticket/ Admit card by entering Registration ID or By Application No. or By Roll No or either by Name also.

After that candidates have to check the details entered in the window and press submit button. It will generate the Call Letter for the aspirants. Take print out of the call letter. Read out the instructions mentioned in the Admit Card.
