The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) or GSEB holds main responsibility of the board includes Academics, conducting Examinations and Research and Development work for Secondary and Higher Secondary levels. The GSEB conducts two main and big examinations every year.
- The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exam or Standard 10th Exam.
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) or 12th Exam.
