SSC Recruitment
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an Indian organization to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Department of the Government of India and in subordinate Officers. This Commission is an attached of the Department of personnel and training which of chairman, two member and a Secretary Cum-Controller of Examinations. The Functions of the Staff Selection Commission were redefined by the Government of India through Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions in 21 May 1999.
To To conduct examinations and/or interviews to make recruitment to Group "C" and Group "D" posts for the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.The SSC conducts open examination regularly for posts for which large number of vacancies exist, these are : Graduate Level- Assistant, Auditors/ Jr. Accountant/ Upper division clerks, Division Accountant, Police Organization, Lower division clerk and other.
